This page allows users to search for subsets or exact matches of genomic sequences in the KI Adaptive Immune Receptor Gene Variant Atlas. Enter a sequence of at least 10 nucleotides and receive matches from the KIARVA database.
Sequence search is currently disabled in the light version. The feature will be available in the full release.
